Chad T. Poole is a character birthed out of the madness that is the Tadpool— fans who listen live to The Morning Stream podcast.  He was created by Matthew Sargent www.bagdropcomic.com  based on an email read on the 8/6/12 episode of the show, which suggested a character inspired by Scott's penchant for referring to the Tadpool as the "Chadpool."  38 show references later, the illustration was posted, and the Tadpool demanded a shirt.
